For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), the feeling aggregate has arisen, but the perception aggregate will not arise for them; for the others, the feeling aggregate has arisen and the perception aggregate will arise.
Or: for whomever the perception aggregate will arise, has the feeling aggregate arisen for that one?
