[136] For whomever the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) arises, has the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha) arisen for that one?
Yes.
Or rather, for whomever the perception aggregate has arisen, does the feeling aggregate arise for that one?
For all who are passing away and for those being reborn among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the perception aggregate has arisen for them, but the feeling aggregate does not arise for them. For those being reborn into four-constituent (catuvokāra) or five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [existence], for them both the perception aggregate has arisen and the feeling aggregate arises.
