Pavattivāra

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (1) · Vol. 38 · Section 148

[148] For whomever the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) arises, will the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha) arise for that one? For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) who are being reborn, the feeling aggregate arises, but the perception aggregate will not arise for them. For the others who are being reborn into four-constituent (catuvokāra) or five-constituent (pañcavokāra) existence, the feeling aggregate arises and the perception aggregate will arise. Or rather, for whomever the perception aggregate will arise, does the feeling aggregate arise for that one? For all who are passing away, and for those being reborn among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), the perception aggregate will arise, but the feeling aggregate does not arise for them. For those being reborn into four-constituent or five-constituent existence, the perception aggregate will arise and the feeling aggregate arises.
