[194] For whomever, wherever, the aggregate of feeling (vedanākkhandha) ceases — has the aggregate of perception (saññākkhandha) ceased for that one there?
For those who are attaining final Nibbāna in the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), the aggregate of feeling ceases for them there, but the aggregate of perception has not ceased for them there. For the others, who are passing away from the four-constituent (catuvokāra) or five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane], the aggregate of feeling ceases for them there, and the aggregate of perception has ceased.
Or rather: for whomever, wherever, the aggregate of perception has ceased — does the aggregate of feeling cease for that one there?
For those who are being reborn into the four-constituent or five-constituent [plane], the aggregate of perception has ceased for them there, but the aggregate of feeling does not cease for them there. For those who are passing away from the four-constituent or five-constituent [plane], the aggregate of perception has ceased for them there, and the aggregate of feeling ceases.
