[204] For whomever, wherever, the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) ceases, will the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha) cease for that one there?
For those who are attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbantānaṃ), the feeling aggregate ceases for them there, but the perception aggregate will not cease for them there. For the others — those passing away from the four-constituent (catuvokāra) [plane] and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane] — the feeling aggregate ceases for them there, and the perception aggregate will cease.
Or: for whomever, wherever, the perception aggregate will cease, does the feeling aggregate cease for that one there?
For those being reborn into the four-constituent [plane] and the five-constituent [plane], the perception aggregate will cease for them there, but the feeling aggregate does not cease for them there. For those passing away from the four-constituent [plane] and the five-constituent [plane], the perception aggregate will cease for them there, and the feeling aggregate ceases.
