Or rather, for whomever the life faculty has arisen, does the femininity faculty arise for that one?
For all who are passing away, and for non-women who are being reborn, the life faculty has arisen for them, but the femininity faculty does not arise for them. For women who are being reborn, for them the life faculty has arisen and the femininity faculty arises.
