[1265] For whomever, wherever, the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) arose — will the wisdom faculty (paññindriya) … the mind faculty (manindriya) arise for that one there?
For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika) in the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane], the eye faculty arose for them there, but the mind faculty will not arise for them there; for the other beings of the five-constituent [plane], the eye faculty both arose for them there and the mind faculty will arise.
Or, for whomever, wherever, the mind faculty will arise — did the eye faculty arise for that one there?
For the formless (arūpa) beings, the mind faculty will arise for them there, but the eye faculty did not arise for them there; for the beings of the five-constituent [plane], the mind faculty both will arise for them there and the eye faculty arose.
