[239] For whomever, wherever, unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) will not cease, will indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) not cease for that one there?
For those endowed with the highest path (aggamagga-samaṅgī), for Arahants, for those who will obtain the highest path immediately following which mind (citta), and for non-percipient beings (asaññasattā): for them there, unwholesome phenomena will not cease, but it is not the case that for them there indeterminate phenomena will not cease. At the moment of dissolution (bhaṅga-khaṇa) of the final mind (pacchima-citta), for them there, unwholesome phenomena will not cease and indeterminate phenomena will not cease.
Or rather, for whomever, wherever, indeterminate phenomena will not cease, will unwholesome phenomena not cease for that one there?
Yes (āmantā).
