[31] Whatever mind (citta) of whomever ceases, has that mind of that one arisen? Or else, whatever mind of whomever has arisen, does that mind of that one cease? Whatever mind of whomever does not cease, has that mind of that one not arisen? Or else, whatever mind of whomever has not arisen, does that mind of that one not cease?
