[3] For whomever the mind (citta) is ceasing, has that one's mind arisen? Or else, for whomever the mind has arisen, is that one's mind ceasing? For whomever the mind is not ceasing, has that one's mind not arisen? Or else, for whomever the mind has not arisen, is that one's mind not ceasing?
