[37] Whatever mind (citta) of whomever is ceasing — has that mind of that one arisen? Or, whatever mind of whomever has arisen — is that mind of that one ceasing? Whatever mind of whomever is not ceasing — has that mind of that one not arisen? Or, whatever mind of whomever has not arisen — is that mind of that one not ceasing?
