[36] Whatever mind (citta) is arising for whatever person, has that mind arisen for that person? Or else, whatever mind has arisen for whatever person, is that mind arising for that person? Whatever mind is not arising for whatever person, has that mind not arisen for that person? Or else, whatever mind has not arisen for whatever person, is that mind not arising for that person?
