[35] Whichever mind (citta) arises for whichever person, does that mind of that person not cease? Or else, whichever mind does not cease for whichever person, does that mind of that person arise? Whichever mind does not arise for whichever person, does that mind of that person cease? Or else, whichever mind ceases for whichever person, does that mind of that person not arise?
