[29] Whatever mind (citta) of whatever person is arising and not ceasing — will that mind of that person cease and not arise? Or, whatever mind of whatever person will cease and not arise — is that mind of that person arising and not ceasing?
Whatever mind of whatever person is not arising but ceasing — will that mind of that person not cease but arise? Or, whatever mind of whatever person will not cease but arise — is that mind of that person not arising but ceasing?
