[15] Whatever mind (citta) arises, does not cease — will that mind cease, will it not arise? Or rather, whatever mind will cease, will not arise — does that mind arise, does it not cease? Whatever mind does not arise, ceases — will that mind not cease, will it arise? Or rather, whatever mind will not cease, will arise — does that mind not arise, does it cease?
