[1] For whomever the mind (citta) arises but does not cease, will that one's mind cease but not arise? Or, for whomever the mind will cease but will not arise, does that one's mind arise but not cease? For whomever the mind does not arise but ceases, will that one's mind not cease but arise? Or, for whomever the mind will not cease but will arise, does that one's mind not arise but cease?
