[785] For whom the eye faculty (cakkhundriya) has never arisen, has the equanimity faculty (upekkhindriya) never arisen for that one? There is none. Or, on the other hand, for whom the equanimity faculty has never arisen, has the eye faculty never arisen for that one? There is none.
