In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), the masculinity faculty did not arise there, but it is not the case that the mind faculty did not arise there. Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), both the masculinity faculty did not arise there and the mind faculty did not arise there.
Or rather, where the mind faculty did not arise, did the masculinity faculty not arise there?
