In the formless plane (arūpa), the eye faculty has never arisen there, but it is not the case that the equanimity faculty has never arisen there. In the plane of non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), there the eye faculty has never arisen and the equanimity faculty has never arisen.
Or rather, where the equanimity faculty has never arisen, has the eye faculty never arisen there?
