Or else, where the equanimity faculty arose, did the eye faculty arise there?
— In the immaterial [plane] (arūpa), the equanimity faculty arose there, but the eye faculty did not arise there. In the five-aggregate [plane] (pañcavokāra), there both the equanimity faculty arose and the eye faculty arose.
