Or else, where the mind faculty has arisen, has the eye faculty arisen there?
In the immaterial (arūpa) [plane], the mind faculty has arisen there, but the eye faculty has not arisen there. In the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [plane], both the mind faculty has arisen there and the eye faculty has arisen there.
