[813] For whomever, wherever, the eye-faculty (cakkhundriya) has never arisen, has the ear-faculty (sotindriya) never arisen for that one there? Yes. Or else, for whomever, wherever, the ear-faculty has never arisen, has the eye-faculty never arisen for that one there? Yes.
