[845] For whomever the nose-faculty (ghānindriya) will arise, will the femininity faculty (itthindriya) arise for that one?
Those who are male (purisā) and who, in that very state, will manifest some number of existences and then attain final Nibbāna — for them the nose-faculty will arise, but the femininity faculty will not arise for them. For the others, both the nose-faculty will arise and the femininity faculty will arise.
Or rather, for whomever the femininity faculty will arise, will the nose-faculty arise for that one?
Yes (āmantā).
