Abhidhammapiṭaka · Yamaka (2) · Vol. 39 · Section 99

[99] Where unwholesome phenomena (akusalā dhammā) arise, do indeterminate phenomena (abyākatā dhammā) arise there? Yes. Or rather, where indeterminate phenomena arise, do unwholesome phenomena arise there? Among the non-percipient beings (asaññasatta), indeterminate phenomena arise there, but unwholesome phenomena do not arise there; in the four-constituent (catuvokāra) and the five-constituent (pañcavokāra) [planes], both indeterminate phenomena arise there and unwholesome phenomena arise there.
