[1272] Dependent on a resultant phenomenon (vipāka dhamma), there arises a phenomenon that is neither resultant nor productive of result (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), not by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): dependent on resultant aggregates (khandha), [there arises] mind-originated matter (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on resultant aggregates, [there arises] kamma-born matter (kaṭattā-rūpa).
