[1356] A phenomenon that is neither a result nor productive of results (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma) is a condition, by root condition (hetu-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is neither a result nor productive of results. Roots (hetu) that are neither results nor productive of results are a condition, by root condition, for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka-khandha) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
