[1448] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya), there arises a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging — not by association condition (na-sampayutta-paccaya). This is similar to [the section on] the not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
