[353] Dependent on a clung-to phenomenon (upādinna dhamma), a clung-to phenomenon arises not by path condition (na-magga-paccaya): similar to (the exposition under) not-root condition (na-hetu); there is no delusion. … Not by association condition (na-sampayutta-paccaya).
