[354] Dependent on (paṭicca) a clung-to (upādinna) phenomenon (dhamma), a not-clung-to (anupādinna) phenomenon arises, not by way of dissociation condition (na-vippayutta-paccaya):
In the formless [plane] (arūpa), dependent on one clung-to aggregate (khandha), three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates … . For the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), dependent on one primary element (mahābhūta) … .
Dependent on a not-clung-to phenomenon, a not-clung-to phenomenon arises, not by way of dissociation condition:
In the formless [plane], dependent on one not-clung-to aggregate, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates … ; external [matter] (bāhira) … ; that originated from nutriment (āhārasamuṭṭhāna) … ; that originated from temperature (utusamuṭṭhāna) … … …
Not by way of absence condition (no-natthi-paccaya); not by way of disappearance condition (no-vigata-paccaya).
