[1450] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya), there arises a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging — not by absence condition (natthi-paccaya) … not by disappearance condition (vigata-paccaya).
