[1518] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) and a phenomenon that is neither clung-to nor subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) are a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging by way of dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya).
Aggregates (khandhā) that are neither clung-to nor subject to clinging, and the primary elements (mahābhūtā), are a condition for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by way of dependence condition.
