[1549] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) is a condition, by way of kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is not clung to but subject to clinging. Volition (cetanā) that is not clung to but subject to clinging is a condition, by way of kamma condition, for the associated aggregates (khandhā) and for the forms originated by mind (citta).
