[1548] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition, by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya).
Volition (cetanā) that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition, by kamma condition, for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
A phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition, by kamma condition, both for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging and for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging.
