[1573] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging by faculty condition (indriya-paccaya). Faculties (indriya) that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by faculty condition.
