[1547] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya):
Volition (cetanā) that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition for the associated aggregates (khandha) by kamma condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), volition that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition for the associated aggregates and for the forms produced by kamma (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition. Volition is a condition for the base (vatthu) by kamma condition.
