[1579] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition, by way of absorption condition (jhāna-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging.
The factors of absorption (jhānaṅga) that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition, by way of absorption condition, for the associated aggregates (khandhā). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the factors of absorption that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition, by way of absorption condition, for the associated aggregates and for materiality produced by kamma (kaṭattā-rūpa).
