[1588] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging and for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya) by path condition (magga-paccaya): Path (magga) factors that are clung-to and subject to clinging are a condition for the associated aggregates (khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (citta-samuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by path condition.
