[1613] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) is a condition, by presence condition (atthi-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging.
That is, one aggregate (khandha) that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging is a condition, by presence condition, for three aggregates; two aggregates are a condition, by presence condition, for two aggregates.
