[1640] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) is a condition for a phenomenon that is not clung-to and not subject to clinging by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya) … is a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
