[253] Conditioned by an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma), a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon arises by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): conditioned by the base (vatthu), wholesome aggregates (khandhā) [arise]. Conditioned by an indeterminate phenomenon, an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon arises by object condition: conditioned by the base, unwholesome aggregates [arise].
