[402] A wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) conjoined with a wholesome phenomenon arises by way of not-predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya) … by way of not-prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya): In the immaterial plane (ārupe), three aggregates (khandhā) arise conjoined with one wholesome aggregate … two aggregates arise conjoined with two aggregates.
