[480] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) associated with an indeterminate phenomenon arises by non-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): Three aggregates (khandhā) arise associated with one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate that is resultant-indeterminate (vipākābyākata) or functional-indeterminate (kiriyābyākata); one aggregate arises associated with three aggregates; two aggregates arise associated with two aggregates. At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), three aggregates arise associated with one resultant-indeterminate aggregate; one aggregate arises associated with three aggregates; two aggregates arise associated with two aggregates.
