[479] An unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma) arises associated with an unwholesome phenomenon, by non-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya): Delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), arises associated with the aggregates (khandha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
