[386] Dependent on an unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma) and an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon, an unwholesome phenomenon arises by non-root condition (na-hetupaccayā): Dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness, and on the base (vatthu), arises delusion accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
