[90] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma), an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon arises not by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya) … not by contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya): dependent on the wholesome aggregates (khandha), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises]. Not-immediacy condition and not-contiguity condition are both similar to not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
