[104] Dependent on (paṭicca) a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma), an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon arises not by absence condition (natthi-paccaya) … not by disappearance condition (vigata-paccaya): That is, dependent on wholesome aggregates (khandhā), [there arises] mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa). [This is] similar to [the section on] "not by object condition" (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya).
