[92] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma), an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon arises not by decisive-support condition (na-upanissayapaccayā): dependent on wholesome aggregates (khandha), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhānaṃ rūpaṃ) arises. The [section on] not-decisive-support condition is similar to that on not-object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya).
