[96] Dependent on a wholesome (kusala) phenomenon (dhamma), a wholesome phenomenon arises, not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccayā):
dependent on the wholesome aggregates (khandhā), wholesome volition (cetanā) arises.
Dependent on an unwholesome (akusala) phenomenon, an unwholesome phenomenon arises, not by kamma condition:
dependent on the unwholesome aggregates, unwholesome volition arises.
Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon, an indeterminate phenomenon arises, not by kamma condition:
dependent on the functional indeterminate (kiriyābyākata) aggregates, functional indeterminate volition arises.
