[1017] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dispersal (apacayagāmī), a phenomenon leading to dispersal arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) leading to dispersal, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates arise.
Dependent on a phenomenon leading to dispersal, a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī) arises by root condition: dependent on the aggregates leading to dispersal, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) arises.
Dependent on a phenomenon leading to dispersal, both a phenomenon leading to dispersal and a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal arise by root condition: dependent on one aggregate leading to dispersal, three aggregates and mind-originated form arise; dependent on two aggregates, two aggregates and mind-originated form arise.
