[1022] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal (nevācayagāmināpacayagāmī), a phenomenon leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal arises by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) leading neither to accumulation nor to dispersal, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi-kkhaṇa), dependent on the base (vatthu), the aggregates arise.
